Twill decoration is a popular method used by many colleges and universities on their school custom sweatshirts and fleece. This type of decorating is very popular with sport teams as well. This decorating method gives garments a prestigious look.
It’s also the most expensive method of decoration. To customize clothing using the applique method, the material is cut using a plotter (a machine that reads commands for plotting lines and measuring angles), then sewn onto the garment using a custom embroidery machine. You can choose from a variety of twill colors and style of stitching such as zigzag or solid. Some logos will need to be simplified to achieve the best result with twill.
From the beginning process of cutting the tackle twill to applying it on the garment, the entire process is all done in-house at our facility.
We do not outsource any decoration work.
